Our mission is to improve your productivity and profitability by helping you to develop your staff, management, processes and practices. We provide a wide range of services and training programmes to help both fledgling companies and existing small businesses achieve their full potential.
Our services range from general business advice to business skills training and more specialist programmes of support such as the countywide mentors programme and rural enterprise initiatives.
Our aim is to provide high quality training and business support that is local, affordable and cost-effective, for businesses of all sizes, types and sectors. GEL is a not-for-profit social enterprises.
