The current Coalition Government is committed to continuing the funding for disadvantaged two year olds through the Early Intervention Grant EIG. Children will continue to be assessed for eligibility via the current referral process and the criteria for referral will remain unchanged until further notice. This will be reviewed in the future.

There are some changes to the contract for two year old referrals and enquiries. If you are a provider and would like to register to deliver 2-yr old nursery education funding then please contact Kay Thornes on 01452 425770 or kay.thornes@gloucestershire.gov.uk or 014 for a registration form and any additional information.
